When you are installing the one of our products the Key Required dialog will appear asking for the unlock code, to allow you to continue with the installation. To smooth the process, and avoid waiting times, we have introduced a Get from Web feature for our customers to receive the unlock code via the web instantaneously.

Click Get from Web, and the following dialog will appear:

Enter a valid email address to receive the unlock code to. An email is sent to this address, with product details and unlock code, this is for your reference purposes only, as the unlock code is also displayed in the Unlock Key field. If your internet connection is operating through a proxy server enter in the proxy server details and your user name and password. You may need to contact your IT department for this proxy information. Click ok to continue. In a few moments the unlock code will appear in the Unlock Key field, click ok to continue with the installation. If you have any issues, please contact your Distributor.
